24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment.
No-show:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses not to come for their appointment with no contact, will be considered as no-show. They will be charged 100% of their missed appointment.
Arriving late:
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened, if there is another client booked after you. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full rate of the session. If there is no client booked after you, the session will go ahead in full length.
