Treatment requirement:
Personal hygiene: please take a shower in the morning of the treatment.
What to wear: sport shorts or you can leave underwear on. Large towel will be provided
It is advisable to avoid eating for at least one hour before treatment.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses not to come for their appointment with no contact, will be considered as no-show. They will be charged 100% of their missed appointment.
Arriving late:
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened, if there is another client booked after you. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full rate of the session. If there is no client booked after you, the session will go ahead in full length.
